I'd give 10 stars if I could! David couldn't have been more helpful after my key snapped off in the lock. Arrived quickly, worked some magic, had me back inside my house in 10 minutes. Very reasonable rates and super pleasant on a cold, windy, rainy day.

David is incredibly helpful and accommodating. He changed our lock last year and after having some issues he came out short notice to replace it for us again. Very friendly, approachable and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

A truly remarkable service from David. He came out bless him of his own accord to take pictures of my keys to re-cut as I didn’t take them properly myself. He came back later that day to try new keys he had cut, but being a perfectionist he wasn’t happy how they turned in the lock. He then came back the following morning with further cut keys, but once I told him mine didn’t work well (should of done that on first visit!) he ascertained that the barrel was indeed 18 years old. As quick as a flash he fixed a new barrel and gave me 5 sets of keys. My original request from him was I needed two extra keys so I didn’t get locked out again, of which if I had known he came out for that service/known about him before, I would of saved myself 2 very costly call outs to what he would of charged. Again, the personal, professional service was truly remarkable and one that is rare to find nowadays. Thank you soo very much David.

Had a lock break on Friday afternoon (in the locked position so all safe), David was round the next morning and sorted it there and then at a very reasonable price. He had the required spares on his well presented van and we all had a great chat into the bargain. He was recommended to us by a neighbour and I have no problems with giving David a highly recommended approval 👏👏👍

Thoroughly recommended. After locking my myself out I called DB Security during my shift ready for when I got home. Very prompt arrival. Had me back in the house quickly with no dramas. Very nice friendly chap, (forgive me I cannot remember your name). With the COVID-19 virus he was very respectful of this maintaining distance wiping all surfaces down that he had touched.
