Exceptional service from the moment I first called up, Precision have replaced external doors for us, casement windows and box sash windows. The customer service is exceptional and the craftsmanship of the windows is very high quality. When there was some snagging, we had someone on site immediately and it was sorted. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had two different windows replaced in our old home. The replacement windows were well-made of best hardwood and were pre-painted. The two fitters worked conscientiously and fitted both windows in less than a day. We are happy with the end result.

Scott and team at Precision have just made a set of windows in oak, to match an historic pair of oak French windows, for me. Quite beautifully done and with such attention to detail. For example, the pre-existing doors had an oak moulding to hold the very heavy plate glass. Precision have exactly matched it in the new windows they've made. An investment in quality!
